Hospitality Design
A unique face, an appealing look, a welcoming and warm feel, a captivating environment, or simply put a tasteful and talented design is a mandatory feature of any successful hospitality business. A hotel, apartment hotel, motel, or even hostel, a luxury restaurant, diner, bar, coffee shop or even a fast-food restaurant – whatever the target audience or average check size – it will be way more profitable, if beautifully designed.

A bedroom needs to be cozy and such that you will want to fall asleep and wake up here as often as possible, a bathroom has to be inviting, functional, convenient and such that brings immense pleasure every time you visit it, a dining room must enhance your eating experience and make your food even more enjoyable..Who would even argue with these obvious principles and why they are so rarely applied to hospitality design?.We are a unique design team, with hundreds years of experience, special vision, taste and talent, serving New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Nationwide and overseas, and we know how to design remarkable restaurants and outstanding hotels. We are your first choice and “best single investment” throughout the process of renovation, as one of our clients described it.
Designing a successful restaurant or bar, developing a tasteful coffee shop design is a comprehensive task that requires talent, skills and proper approach and that not so many restaurant design firms can handle. It certainly requires smart layout planning to make sure the space is used in the most efficient and profitable way, hosting the right amount of guests, managing their traffic and overall experience as needed and ensuring the best team’s workflow. Truly professional restaurant design services will address this step with utmost attention to every detail, size, location and distance – there will be multiple options, careful discussions and several revisions until it finally reaches the best floorplan with the biggest potential. And of course, the design concept itself needs to be beautiful. It doesn’t matter if it’s a local coffee shop design or a luxurious restaurant design, a design of a diner or a fast food restaurant, it must be tasteful, appealing, welcoming and pleasing. A restaurant design must feel right the very first second you enter a place and this is true for NYC, LA, SF or any other location.‘Vanguard development’ is certainly a great choice of a restaurant design firm as we have all needed creative tools and experience to design a wonderful place to be proud of for years to come.
Designing a hotel is a unique creative endeavor only a few hotel designers can really do. A luxury hotel, apartment hotel, motel, or even hostel – whatever the star category or location, it will be several times more profitable and successful, if beautifully designed as an amazing coherent stylish complex.A typical hotel (even a luxury one) normally presents a potential guest a pretty ordinary picture. The choice of designs is basically limited to one – a standard room with standard furnishing as for all other guests (not a very inspiring thought, frankly). The interiors are not really stylish and are based on a style and color palette, which can be simply unappealing for many potential clients. The rooms are small and not too functional, inevitably loosing to short-term rentals. We believe this is an opportunity and whoever breaks with the status quo will become a new market leader.Additionally and certainly stating the obvious, the most appealing and unique hotel is always a smart, very tasteful and coherent ensemble of all three main elements - exterior, public areas and the units’ interiors - where everything is designed with other elements in mind, thus creating a unique and powerful mix that feels like a single whole. As logical as it sounds, strangely enough it almost never happens, which is another example of how our talents and design approach can be applied.‘Vanguard development’ is an remarkable team of hotel designers – architects, interior designers, engineers, project managers – serving NYC, LA, SF and beyond, and we will be delighted to help you create a Dream Hotel, with many more to follow.
To summarize and being perfectly aware this doesn’t sound too humble, we think we are a one-of-a-kind hospitality design firm in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Nationwide and overseas, and other hospitality design firms are not even remotely close to the level of architectural and interior design services we are capable of providing.Working with us will ensure the most beautiful and stylish design concept, the most cost and time efficient construction, finishing and furnishing, the best final result and no delays or surprises. Again as opposed to other hospitality interior design firms in NYC, LA, SF or elsewhere.
Above are some of the hospitality design projects we completed recently – luxury hotel designs, restaurant designs, hotel bedrooms and bathroom designs, coffee shop designs, etc. – NYC, LA, SF and beyond. As always every such project involves creating several different interior design options and then finalizing the chosen design with all corresponding client's notes and suggestions in mind.In short, this is Design as it Should be…For more information please check our latest Testimonials and if you are interested, please don't hesitate to Contact Us.
